Return and Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
• Customers must raise a refund/return request within 7 days of purchase with proof (bill/invoice & unboxing video/photo).
• Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or physical damage after delivery are not eligible for refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
